Yn rhinwedd paragraff(au) 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972.

Explanation of Reasons

• By Virtue of Paragraph 15

  Information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the authority or a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under, the authority.

  Condition:

  Information which -

  • (a) falls within any of paragraphs 12 to 15, 17 and 18 above; and
  • (b) is not prevented from being exempt by virtue of the ‘qualifications’ above,

  is exempt information if and so long, as in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Reason restricted justification

Paragraphs 12 and 13 of the report contains information relating to or which might tend to identify a living individual and the public interest in withholding the information outweighs the interest in disclosing the information .
